KATHRYN KASTAN, MSW, MAEd, LCSW

Kathryn believes in meeting her clients where they are and creating a trusting and empathetic therapeutic bond that helps facilitate change and growth. She uses an eclectic approach to therapy based on each client’s needs, including Family/Marital Systems Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered/Humanistic Therapy, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. Kathryn’s guidance will help clients to take a step back, breathe, and gain a thirty thousand foot view of their concerns. This will then provide them with the insight, problem-solving tools, and goals to move away from self-destructive thinking and habits and increase balance and wellness.

Kathryn is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her master degrees from Washington University in St. Louis. She has provided psychotherapy and clinical social work services for over 14 years in hospital and private settings. Kathryn is also a passionate advocate for women’s health.
