Functional Medicine

Functional medicine is a whole-person model that focuses on identifying and correcting the root causes of your symptoms. By utilizing the latest in genetics, systems biology, and functional lab testing, this approach can determine how and why your symptoms have occurred. Functional medicine offers a fresh lens through which to evaluate your challenges. It relies on fully understanding your unique story and the patterns that show up in your physical being and life.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy provides a safe, compassionate, and confidential context in which to explore challenges like anxiety, depression, and substance use. It offers an opportunity to collaborate with an engaged and empathetic professional to help you heal, reach insights, and create your best life. Psychotherapy can also assist you in enhancing self-esteem, creating meaningful relationships, finding hope, practicing gratitude, and support you in taking on a challenge or embarking on a new experience in life.

Nutrition

Food affects nearly every aspect of your health, influencing how your body functions on a cellular and biochemical level. A Registered Dietitian Nutritionist can help you better understand the relationship between your diet and your health; offer advice regarding food allergies or intolerances; develop a customized dietary plan; help you create more joy and peace in your relationship with food and your body; and provide guidance on proven ways to start and maintain meaningful lifestyle changes.

Osteopathic Manipulation

Doctors of Osteopathy offer a combination of hands-on techniques to diagnose, treat, and prevent illness or injury. This type of treatment can help people of all ages and backgrounds. Osteopathy is often used to treat pain, promote healing and increase overall mobility, decrease asthma, improve sinus function, address carpal tunnel syndrome, and treat migraines.

Programs & Groups

At Blūm, we believe in the healing power of human connections. As such, we offer groups and programs that bring clients together. We offer group therapy for depression and anxiety, substance use, and life transitions as well as mindfulness training groups throughout the year. Participating in groups helps decrease isolation, foster a sense of belonging, and highlight the universality of many of the obstacles you face. Even hesitant group members often find the experience incredibly helpful.
